Bob Kamangar, President and CEO

As President and CEO, Bob focuses on business operations and building Golden Parachute's market share. Prior to joining Golden Parachute, Bob was vice president of business development and corporate counsel for ALPS Inc., establishing and overseeing joint venture operations overseas. Previously, Bob established a law firm specializing in business, corporate and employment litigation as well as real estate limited partnerships with private investors for Kaman Enterprises, Inc. Bob holds a JD from the University of San Diego School of Law and a BA in philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley. Bob is currently a member of the California State Bar.

Kathy Malcom, Chief Strategy Officer

Kathy brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in business to Golden Parachute. In her role as Chief Strategy Officer, Kathy is responsible for defining an integrated corporate strategy designed to leverage customer-focus market opportunities as well as to assist in the venture investment efforts.

Kathy joined Golden Parachute from Access Funding Group International (AFGI), an early-stage venture consulting firm she co-founded in March of 2000. Kathy has an extensive background in finance, management and strategic relationships, holding executive positions in both private and public firms, such as KnR Office Solutions, Acurex Corporation, Woodward-Clyde Consultants and Z-Axis Corporation. Kathy holds an MBA from California State University, Hayward in finance and has serviced on several boards of private for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She is an individual investor and has been instrumental in the growth of the International Angelinvestors Institute (IAI), serving as the Co-Chairman of the Membership Committee and founding member of IAI, Hong Kong.

Scott Bogen, Chief Technology Officer

Scott is responsible for creation and execution of the company's technology and product development strategy. He works closely with clients, vendors and staff to direct the company's technological direction. His first commitment is to provide clients with excellent service.

Scott has been creating web based software solutions for 14 plus years. He is the primary creator of Golden Parachute's product offerings. Prior to joining the company in 1999, he was the founder of a web development company based in Atlanta, GA.

Jay Kinra, Vice President of Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Jay is responsible for developing marketing strategies, client relations and retention, and new client capture. Prior to joining Golden Parachute, Jay worked in a variety of positions in the entertainment and new media industries. Jay graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in marketing from Santa Clara University. He is member of the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honorary Society.

Teri Wanek, Accounting Manager

As the accounting manager, Teri offers her expertise to GP as a planner, a leader, a communicator, an internal consultant and a business partner to senior management. She also supervises GP’s accounting staff.
